For over 30 years Frankie has worked in or consulted to the non-profit sector – both in Australia and in the UK. She is a passionate advocate for cultivating a stronger culture of giving in Australia and is committed to re-defining the sector’s approach to fundraising as a professional discipline. Frankie has served on several Boards in the sector and is currently a Trustee of the Victorian Arts Centre Trust (Arts Centre Melbourne).

Vedran has worked in marketing, communications and development for leading organisations in the corporate and non-profit sectors. He is the CEO of Gandel Philanthropy, one of the largest private family foundations in Australia, a non-executive director of AMES and an active presenter and commentator on best-practice philanthropy in Australia.

Rachael Grabovic is an accredited Wills & Estates specialist with extensive experience as a lawyer in the areas of wills, estate planning, trusts and estate litigation.  Rachael is the current chair of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Victoria and a Director of STEP Australia.

Simon Abrahams is one of Australia’s arts and cultural leaders, and is currently Creative
Director & CEO of Melbourne Fringe. He is a life member of Theatre Network Australia, an organisation he co-founded then Chaired from 2010-2017. Simon has previously served as Head of Programming at the Wheeler Centre and as Executive Producer at Polyglot Theatre. He currently sits on the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) Board Programming Committee, and the City of Melbourne’s Night Time Economy Activation Taskforce.

Chris Wilson is a Partner at Koda Capital and is a founding member of their Philanthropy and Social Capital team. He has a decade of experience in financial services. Chris is a Co-Founder of Plus One, an initiative that opens up corporate leadership training to non-profit executives. He has previously been Chair of the Reach Foundation and was a Founding Committee Member of Impact100Melbourne.

Penny is an arts professional with over 25 years’ experience in senior roles in the performing arts, executive leadership, reform and transformational projects, strategic planning, and design of organisation culture, governance and structures.

Penny career spans industry roles and working for all tiers of government including the Australia Council for the Arts and a variety of NSW Government departments managing the major performing arts portfolio, sport infrastructure programs, gambling regulation and health services. This diverse subject matter expertise means Penny brings to all projects a great breadth of best practice with an energy and commitment for capacity building and continual improvement.
