For over 30 years Frankie has worked in or consulted to the non-profit sector – both in Australia and in the UK.
She is a passionate advocate for cultivating a stronger culture of giving in Australia and is committed to re-defining the sector’s approach to fundraising as a whole-of-organisation responsibility. Frankie has served on several Boards in the sector including Sadler’s Wells in London and the Malthouse Theatre in Melbourne.
Frankie served as a Trustee of the Victorian Arts Centre Trust (Arts Centre Melbourne) for 6 years to 2022.

Simon is one of Australia’s arts and cultural leaders, and is currently Creative Director & CEO of Melbourne Fringe.
Simon is a current Ministerial appointment to the Creative Workplaces Council and a member of the International Society for the Performing Arts Board Programming Committee (New York).
He is a life member of Theatre Network Australia, an organisation he co-founded then Chaired from 2010-2017. Simon has previously served as Head of Programming at the Wheeler Centre and as Executive Producer at Polyglot Theatre.

Vedran has worked in marketing, fundraising, communications and development for leading organisations in the corporate and non-profit sectors.
He is the CEO of Hansen Little Foundation, a large-scale active philanthropic entity effecting positive social change, a non-executive director of VicHealth and SEFA Partnerships, and a dynamic presenter and commentator on best-practice philanthropy in Australia.

Chris Wilson is a Partner at Koda Capital and is a founding member of their Philanthropy and Social Capital team. He has a decade of experience in financial services. Chris is a Co-Founder of Plus One, an initiative that opens up corporate leadership training to non-profit executives. He has previously been Chair of the Reach Foundation and was a Founding Committee Member of Impact100Melbourne.

Rachael is an accredited Wills & Estates specialist with extensive experience as a lawyer in the areas of wills, estate planning, trusts and estate litigation. Rachael is the current chair of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Victoria and a Director of STEP Australia.

Jeanette Brookes is a private wealth adviser and certified financial planner who worked with Betty for over 25 years. Jeanette was a founding trustee and now assists the Trust as needed.

Penny is an arts professional with close to 30 years’ experience in senior roles in the performing arts and government.
Penny career spans industry roles and working for all tiers of government including the Australia Council for the Arts and a variety of NSW Government departments managing the major performing arts portfolio, sport infrastructure programs, gambling regulation and health services. Penny has also held major advocacy roles including the Chair of the Night-Time Economy, City of Melbourne -
Alice is an administrative and communications specialist who works with organisations to build engaged communities.
With a background in the creative arts and non-profit sectors, she understands the challenges of fundraising in resource-constrained organisations.
Alice is committed to developing and sharing the skills that enable sustainable funding and lasting impact. -
Freya Gunn supports the Foundation via Shaw and Partners where she is a Senior Private Wealth Adviser. She was appointed to this role in 2024 following 13 years at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and 10 years at Citi Smith Barney.
With nearly three decades of experience in wealth management, Freya provides comprehensive investment advice across various areas, including equity trading, portfolio and risk management, fixed interest, managed funds, margin lending and superannuation.
