Betty took the time to have real conversations with people, with a genuine interest in their lives, and relished championing ideas, causes and talent for the greater good.
Betty invested in people as a true ally, mentor, provocateur, friend and a vociferous cheerleader; all-in-one. Her commitment to people and causes she supported was deeply personal and her optimism and profound love of humanity was endlessly inspiring. At the Foundation, we strive to continue Betty’s approach by establishing pathways of support, advice and connection with program recipients.
